Description

We are looking for a competent IT Client Services / Operations staff member to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems and software platforms. An excellent candidate must have strong technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient.


Responsibilities include

Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. Performing in-person or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Administer key IT operational platforms such as collaboration, data backup, system patching and asset tracking platforms.

Requirements

Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role.
